A nod to the Montmartre heritage where the first Junot agency was founded, Sacré-Cœur symbolizes, through its starry silhouette and its subtle perfumes, the emotion of the most beautiful encounters. With this exclusive dessert, the ice cream maker brings to life - thanks to know-how of which he alone holds the secret - the childhood memories of Anne Kuperfis, who grew up on the Île Saint-Louis. A crispy almond macaroon is in love with wild strawberries and passion fruit, all perfectly balanced by vanilla ice cream, a must-have flavor of Berthillon. A Proust madeleine with a Parisian soul that sends shivers.
