A group in constant development

From the outset, the Junot group has been a family adventure. Martine Kuperfis founded Junot alongside her father in 1984. Later, Sébastien Kuperfis and his wife, Anne Kuperfis, joined the firm to manage its expansion.

Martine Kuperfis and her father founded Junot Investment, a real estate promotion and renovation company in Paris and on the French Riviera.

Martine Kuperfis develops a transaction advisory activity. The first Junot estate agency was created on the eponymous avenue and established the group's reputation thanks to its excellent quality of service.

Sébastien Kuperfis, the current CEO, joined the family business to orchestrate its development in Paris. He inaugurated the Junot Abbesses agency in order to complete the offer in the 18th arrondissement.

Having gained marketing experience in the consumer goods sector, Anne Kuperfis takes charge of Junot's Marketing & Communications department. Her creative spirit develops the brand's cutting-edge aesthetic, supported in particular by the architecture of the different agencies.

Creation of the luxury property Rental & Management department in Paris and the Paris region, extending the scope of Junot's expertise and offering new services.

Already a renowned specialist in Parisian real estate on the right bank, the group inaugurates its first agency on the left bank on Rue du Cherche-Midi, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.

Launch of Junot Fine Properties | Knight Frank, a “Private Office” department dedicated to ultra-luxury properties for French and foreign clients. Junot now has an international presence, establishing partnerships with the largest real estate networks in the world.

With 40 years of experience and development, the Junot group signs its first licences: the 16th agency opens its doors in Lille and the 17th in Rueil-Malmaison. Junot's expertise now extends beyond Paris.
